Personal data is then stored on our server during the recruitment process, and then destroyed after two years if your application has not been accepted. To modify or delete your personal data from our server, you can send an email to dominique.ozanne@petra-am.eu

Use of the contact form on the website www.petra-am.eu, making contact by email for professional reasons

 

 

Professional data is then recorded in our contact database, and you are likely to be contacted (emails, phone, etc.). Your contact details are kept as long as they are relevant to our professional activity, and can be enriched in the event of subsequent contact. They are deleted when Petra no longer has a legitimate interest in keeping them, and by default after two years of respective inactivity. To modify or delete your professional data from our contact database, or to maintain your contact with Petra, you can send an email to DPO.

 

Note: completing the contact form is not mandatory. The answers to the questions on this form are optional and have no consequences for the Internet user who does not answer the question.

 

The personal data collected as part of the contact form is required to be contacted by Petra. Otherwise, it will not be possible to be contacted (Recital 47 of the GDPR and Article 6 of the GDPR).

Petra undertakes neither to resell nor to transfer personal and professional data to other companies.

Personal and professional data are transferred only to our IT subcontractors for their hosting. They can potentially be transferred outside the European Union only when they are hosted on our mailboxes or SHAREPOINT microsoft servers.
